5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

Project Talos and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service subject to these Terms.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any code, data, or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT TALOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
